He wears the same outfit and still has bright yellow eyes, but they are much more human-like and have lavender-colored markings which could be compared to clown makeup. His teal hair is more human-like as well, being chin length and slightly neater compared to his false form.
He also lacks the grinning mouth that his false form had and he also has chalk white skin, much like Lance in his true form. Balan is sometimes unpredictable, humorous, graceful, mysterious, and never tires of his audience. Despite his outwardly fantastical and showman-like personality, the maestro has a much gentler side to him as well.
When the Inhabitants ' monstrous boss forms are defeated and they open their hearts to Leo and Balan, the latter always consoles or comforts the person in need. However, he does not blind them to the truth, and tells them what they need to hear rather than what they want to hear. Balan also holds strongly to his beliefs, as he adamantly refuses the idea that he could be corrupted by negativity.
And most obvious of them all, Balan is very dramatic. There is not much known about Balan's abilities in specific, but we can see a multitude of his talents in the game's opening cutscene. We can see him move at cartoonishly high speeds, summon Tims , and shapeshift such as into a chair at will, flick on switches and move lights with a snap of his fingers, and suddenly appear from one place to another.
He also seems to be able to summon a rainbow flood of drops, as well as summon different set pieces with smooth transitions from one to the other. Balan can also act as if he is really in the set, for example, using his floating ability to make it appear as though he is swimming in the ocean set piece.
Additionally, the maestro may be able to control gravity to a certain degree, making Leo and Emma fall from their seats into a kaleidoscope-like dimension for a short moment. He can also summon laser lights, likely to add spectacle to the show. Due to the game's critical failure, and subsequent reveal of Balan's true form, many people lost interest in him. However, there are still a large number of devoted Balan fans mainly due to the original charm of the character and game still being enough to keep them interested.
Balan is a charming and well-dressed gentleman who wears a hat which his eyes are attached to. He also bares a grin, which in some scenes in the game are used with the intent of looking creepy, however this isn't the intent of his character.
His white, red and gold clothing gives him a royal and prince-like aesthetic, while also giving off a clown-like vibe fitting his personality as a showman. This predominately Black hairstyle alongside his black skin is what made many fans of Balan interpret him as a Black-coded character, which is why the reveal of him being a white man with non-curly hair outraged many fans. However, it's common speculation that he was originally going to maintain his initial form's hairstyle when transformed because of some briefly shown concept art, but this was changed somewhere during development for whatever reason.
His "true" appearance has also been humorously compared the Joker. Balan is caring, shown by him trying to help the many visitors at his theatre, along with him shedding a tear at the end of the game when his friends have to leave.

Hobby Consolas. Mixed feelings: graphics and sound offer a surreal and engaging experience, but gameplay wise, several camera hiccups and uneven level design may become frustrating. Balan is able to appeal to your inner child If that child is a patient one. An interesting 3D-platformer with a very unique style and a few good ideas.
But Balan feels outdated and shows some design flaws. Balan Wonderworld had good intentions, but it get two of its core mechanics wrong: its control and the suit system. PlayStation Universe. Sometimes, Balan Wonderworld evokes a bygone era of platformers very well, but this is all too fleeting a feeling. All the creativity seems to have gone into the characters and music while the actual act of platforming leaves a lot to be desired.

If only Naka, staying true to form, had given the whole thing a dose of high speed; his work only holds together when it hurtles past our eyes, growing vivid with velocity.
